The second section of the book deals with ‘How and by what means do we bring happiness to the Emirati Leadership?’, which he divided into three questions. First: Why do we focus on happiness? Which he answered in a group of personal datum, physiological, religious, social, humane and Intellectual needs which proves that happiness is a human necessity.
Second: Why should we make the Emirati leadership happy? The answer was provided in a set of datum including that the Emirati leadership has established a ministry of happiness to ensure the happiness of citizens and residents, and for that such act requires repayment, along with satisfying the sense of duty.
Third: By what means do we make the Emirati leadership happy? In that he mentioned several points that are considered as a suitable repayment, such as appreciation, gratitude, raising the generations with a sense of repayment, love-expressing, admonishment, honoring, facing great challenges, achieving the impossible, maintaining the environment, being a role model in good deeds and accomplishments, dedication, loyalty, unity, respect to the law, expertise-development, pride, expressing the love towards the leadership through signing the happiness records to bring happiness to the leadership and the happiness ambassadors within the country and abroad, and employing media in spreading the concept of bringing happiness to nation’s leadership and people.
In the second and last section of the second chapter: ‘leaderships and nations that have not had a taste of happiness’ the author has discussed in the first sector ‘Leadership that brought happiness to their people, and people who did not repay’, based on the global happiness report of 2017 which identifies the 10 most happiest countries in the world.
He mentioned that the issue of the people in those countries not repaying the leadership’s kindness is due to the following: flaws in the educational methods of citizenship and the absence of conferences and seminars that focus on attaching the people to their leadership.
The author has suggested some applicable solutions to this issue which Tawasol Tent can participate in based on its interest in communication, linking the leadership with the people, and through its many international relationships and by coordinating with many experts several fields, it can help in solving the issues that stand barrier between the nation leadership and people.
In the second sector ‘Leaderships and People in need for who could bring them happiness’ he, again, based his discussion on the global happiness report in 2017 to identify the least happiest 10 countries and present a treatment for them in that sector, as well as working on the happiness of both leadership and people, simultaneously.
In the last chapter’s summary ‘Leaderships and people who have not tasted happiness’ the author has suggested some methods and mechanisms in Tawasol Tent to treat the issues in the countries that haven’t had happiness, some of these mechanisms include a team of experts who are able to hold meetings, conferences, seminars and training sessions in risk management, strategic plans and the art of dealing with each other. Happiness ambassadors in several places around the world who work on spreading the concept of happiness. Strong relationships with many business men and investors whom support the happiness program. The vision in establishing a team of experts, ambassadors and business men in each country whom work on maintain the happiness of both leadership and people.
The author concluded his book ‘The Vision of Al Tawasol International Initiator: Making Leaderships and Nations Happy’ with a summary in which he concluded the research axis in clear titles, pointing to the topics in general words, casting light on the effort the book has brought to the educational field, suggesting topics for search and writing in the field of happiness and identified Tawasol Tent as the platform of this topic, the main brick and a lighthouse for those whom are interested in this topic, disregarding the racial and culture differences.
