Following his highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed’s decision _God bless him_, these schools transformed to area councils to validate legally and activate it, hiring some of the country nobles there, which indicates his highness’s care for it as that decision resulted in its utmost fame, popularity and generalizing its benefit, making it educational councils where the youth learn from elders, receiving their experiences and experiments, and practicing the methods of citizenship, love towards the leadership and homeland.

International TAWASOL Tent had its great role in spreading the culture of “Councils are schools for Arab's judicious man, Sheikh Zayed, God bless his soul” in Al-Khatam region, where it became one of its official platforms in councils, lectures and seminars, hosting many characters whom had encountered Sheikh Zayed or wrote about him, to give lectures, theses, essays, conversations and seminars regarding the councils topic, gaining its attendance and participation in Culture Seasons in Emirates with this topic as one of the topics that establish the happiness of nation’s leaders and people. As the leader’s role is presented in Sheikh Zayed’s methodology in looking after his people in all their needs which pleases them, attaches them to their leaders. And the people’s role in bringing happiness to the leadership is presented in the love of Zayed’s people to their leader, their attachment to him as a newborn is attached to his mother and their consideration to all that would please their leadership so they would feel their support in better or worse, as a repayment to some their good deeds.

Lastly, I would like to say that this lecture is considered the outcome of many programs and theses, including “Councils are schools for Arab's judicious man, Sheikh Zayed, God bless his soul” for which International Tawasol Tent has invited and hosted scientists and specialists from all around the globe to present their lectures and provide their opinions, initiatives and suggestions.

One of the strongest references I have on which I built this lecture on is my own long experience in caring for communication as International Communication Man ever since childhood, through my years of education as a student, my work stage as an employee within and outside Emirates and finally the stage of my global trips and what I had participated in from meetings to seminars to local, regional and international conferences and others. And I have placed this within my book “The Vision of International Communication Man in Bringing Happiness to Nation’s Leaders and People”, including my story with Schools are Councils and the generalization and exploit of “Councils are schools for Arab's judicious man, Sheikh Zayed, God bless his soul”. These references include: the book about the character of International Communication Man and his historical path which is soon to be released _by God’s well_, and the “Councils are schools for Arab's judicious man, Sheikh Zayed, God bless his soul” book which is on its way to be published, of which this lecture had included parts of, along with several other references that reveal the lecture’s background and depth, as well as the effort International Tawasol Tent is making in this field.

Whatever was said about  “Councils are schools for Arab's judicious man, Sheikh Zayed, God bless his soul”, it remains a unique style for the United Arab Emirates, participating in education and saving the heritage, committing to the father and brother like talk, sober consultation, cooperation, Synergy, observation and accurate care according to fine educational patterns, and perfect methods in the art of dealing.

International Tawasol Tent has aced in spreading the culture of this field and generalizing it in Emirates and other countries around the world, making it an eternal platform of the happiness platforms in which they work. And with the release of “Councils are schools for Arab's judicious man, Sheikh Zayed, God bless his soul” which is currently in press, this field will expand, taking more depth and extensions in the Emirates and in other countries around the globe.
